Which is supported with Net::LDAP;

use Net::LDAP::Extension::SetPassword;

$mesg =3D $ldap->set_password(
  user =3D>$user,
  oldpasswd =3D> $old,
  newpasswd =3D> $new
);

$new_passwd =3D $resp->gen_password;
