The idea is to coordinate people CSS development efforts in Perl and provide
support to users of CSS modules. And also to provide a place when people can
publicly shame overworked CSS module authors that do not follow the schedule
they'd like to, while still being on topic.
Any discussion related to CSS and Perl is welcome here.
