I don't know what's going on there. I can't find the option to set Reply-to 
and am under the impression that it might have been removed from mailman.... 
unless of course I dreamt and it never was there. The only option that seems 
to be presently available is to completely hide the actual sender and replace 
it with the list (which seems by far overkill). I'm afraid you're either 
going to have to configure your mailer accordingly (mine has a "this folder 
holds a list" option that remaps the reply keys for instance) or get used to 
reply-to-all. Unless of course someone has deeper knowledge of mailman and 
its web interface than I do.
