That's nearly impossible and not useful, since most presentationla
features of HTML are deprecated and removed from HTML 4 Strict, XHTML
1.0 Strict, XHTML Basic, XHTML 1.1, etc.pp.

The other way round, converting presentational features of HTML to CSS
would be useful.
