[PerfSuite-announce] PerfSuite 1.0.0 beta 2 released

PerfSuite 1.0.0 beta 2 is now available.

The primary change to this release is extended x86 processor
recognition that allows PerfSuite to be used on Intel Westmere
processors.

This release also contains several miscellaneous fixes and cleanups.
