No, we don't need the shoutbox.
The should box should be used a little like IRC for those who cannot use =
IRC. But there
has never been a real conversation in the shoutbox.
We would need a larger community to need the shoutbox.

So my answer is : we definitely don't need a shoutbox.

My idea :
1/ make wiki.perfparse.org look like www.perfparse.org with the power of =
the wiki (keep
the FAQ, make a better look to the whole site)
2/ remove www.perfparse.org
3/ rename wiki.perfparse.org as www.perfparse.org

There is the tool and there is the need.

The need is :
- a web site with [ Home - Download - About - Credits - News - Screenshot=
s - Docs - FAQ ]
- easy update of the site (this is why we need a wiki)
- possibility for any user to edit some parts of the site (add docs and a=
dd/update FAQ)
with control of the admins
- Ben asks for forums. I don't agree but we won't remove forums because o=
ne person (yes,
it's me :) disagree with that. He has good reasons because I never manage=
d to convince
him that we don't need forums. So we need forums :)

I don't think we need more. I can forget something ?

Of course, those are ideas, I talk a lot, but I'm too busy to help, so ge=
t the best and
forget the rest :)
