Ignacio, How are you building you perfdata-service.log file? If you are using the Nagios 'file' method for instance, there is an entry in nagios.cfg which must be correct: xpdfile_service_perfdata_template=$TIMET$\t$HOSTNAME$\t$SERVICEDESC$\t$OUTPUT$\t$SERVICESTATE$\t$PERFDATA$ There are other reasons why you have no performance data, so please let us know.
