This is likely to mean the CGI programs crashed.  Possibly during 
connection to the MySQL database.  Which is not done on the menu page, 
but in all sub-options.

Can you please check the following, which you may email to me if you wish:

- Check your build configuration options.  There is a sample 
configuration shown in the documentation.  Look specifically for the 
location of the configuration file, which is used by the CGI from this 
definition.

- Check your client version of MySQL.  Ensure this is exactly the same 
as the version of the SQL Server you are using.

- Check the database option in the perfparse.cfg configuration file.

I hope one of these options shows where the error is located.
