Hi Philipp,

I am sorry to hear that your data was not deleted.  Can I ask if the=20
deletion process completed successfully?  If not, or an error was=20
detected, the MySQL probably rolled back the transaction and un-deleted=20
your data.  It's trying to be helpful :)

Can I suggest that you try to delete a host's data, see if it works,=20
then try two host's data, then four...  Try and see where the problem=20
lies.  After all the legacy data is gone, a single nightly deletion=20
should work well.
