Did I grab the "latest CVS version of the 1.4.0-alpha plugins" by 
grabbing those listed here:
http://nagiosplug.sourceforge.net/snapshot/

Is there somewhere else they'd be located?  I found that location off of 
the nagiosplugs web page saying it was the daily snapshot of what's in 
CVS.
