You might be running into the issue where enabling performance data in the Nagios configs doesn't actually turn it on, so you need to do so from the Nagios 'Process Info' page. http://perfparse.sourceforge.net/docs.php#enablingpp If this doesn't fix it, try compiling the stable Nagios 1.2 instead of the CVS (you'll still want the CVS plugins though).
