Change the 'Max Scale:' value in the web form to something higher than
the number of interfaces (for the service above, change '<auto>' to
'15'), then redraw the graph.

I think that currently the graph is being drawn with a max scale value
equal to the number of interfaces, so the data is there, although you
cannot see it because it runs right along the top of the graph.=20
