Hi,

i wrote a README and i hope this helps people to install my PHP UI. You 
can download a snaphot with basic functionality here:

http://wiki.perfparse.org/tiki-list_file_gallery.php?galleryId=2

it can be installed without changing anything else in your perfparse 
installation.
