[Perfparse-devel] Proposed specification for the conversion of the database

Dear developers,

Attached is a proposed specification for the conversion of the PerfParse 
binary data.  I have tried to take into account conversations on this 
news group.  However I am sure there is room for improvement.

I will not undertake any coding until the users of PP are happy with the 
changes we would like to make, and why we would like to make them.  So 
please let me know...
