The policy is defined directly into the INT field, either by the user
or from the template or host policies at purge time.



If the type 'user' is used, but no value entered, then an ultimate
default will be set.

There cannot be any ultimate default. If no value is entered, it means NU=
LL. And NULL
means "never delete data".
There will only be a default value set by the configuration tool (the CGI=
 for now).
There is nothing to implement here. Just say it in the doc :)
