#11 Predict Failure

Provide program to predict warning and critical times for
metrics. Particularly useful for disk space and load on
email servers.

Sample data in two epocs, find average and standard
deviation. Take two average points from two epocs,
add on standard devation, and form the 'y = mx + c' line
equation. Find point where line crosses warn and critical
points. If in near future, report this.
