The initial WebRequest output shows "iteration" SQL stats, but the "lifetime" SQL stats report as 0. Subsequent WebRequest "lifetime" outputs show non-zero SQL stats. This may be an initialization problem or it may be continually reporting "lifetime" stats that are an "iteration" behind.
