#34 Parser confused by header file

Adam Skelton reports: "I am using PERCEPS to generate
class trees, and I ran across this problem. The attached
class header seems to not get parsed correctly, because
when I loop through it's parent classes, I just get "public"
instead of the full class name. Is this a bug?"
