Hi Mr. Bryan,

Just downloaded perceps and I am trying it on
something like 28000 lines of existing C++ code,
to try to get a handle on class relationships and
things. It all worked well except for one
thing. Perceps chokes on this particular bit of
code:

long mt_int::operator++() {
auto long a0;
lock.set();
a0 = ++a;
lock.unset();
return a0;
}

long mt_int::operator++(int) {
auto long a0;
lock.set();
a0 = a++;
lock.unset();
return a0;
}

with this error:

Parsing ./mt.C
/mt_int::operator++/: nested *?+ in regexp at
/usr/src/freeware/perceps-3.5.0/perceps.pl line 2359,
<INPUT> chunk 1.

If you need more specific information let me know.

Thanks,

Geoffrey Simms
