Dear Daniels,

In the paper "A TCP Performance Enhancing Proxy for Satellite Links" from Mr. Lacamera is mentioned the use of
MultiTCP patch. I would like to ask you if it is necessary to be applied on the server running the PEPSAL.
If yes, there is no a tcp_cong_avoid_style variable in /proc/sys/net/ipv4

sysctl -w net.ipv4.tcp_cong_avoid_style=2
sysctl -w net.ipv4.tcp_spacing=1
sysctl -w net.ipv4.tcp_initial_bw_est=1
