#11 Contacts - Import vCard with wrong file extension

I was testing to see if Import vCard worked on the contact page with an incorrect file extension and the only thing that happen is I was taken to a blank page with no error messages or effect. Here was the "blank" page URL I was taken to after I submitted a text file(since i am not so sure of the effect)-
