project started

not much to come for yet. i'm working on getting a initial (alpha) release up. a realistic eta says ultimo april. a optimistic one says before monday.
theres a website, witch isn't a lot more interesting than this site up at http://pepperdoc.sourceforge.net/
a tighter integration between the project page and the website is yet to come.
