#22 SPU Plugin Manual Buffer Override Option

I have minimal programming knowledge myself, but I
would like to see a manual sound buffer setting in the
SPU plugin. One more tweak I could really use to get
it working perfectly for me. I like the Cubic
Interpolation in some games, so I cannot just use a
different plugin to get my desired result. I will try
to sift through the source code myself to see if I can
find a way to impement it, but I lack real programming
experience.
