#59 Temporary hang in Harvest Moon: BTN loading

Once in a while (often randomly, but consistently when
loading NPCs' gift recieving text) PEOpS Soft GPU will
cause the game to temporarily hang when loading a
character animation, a new area or when loading NPC text.
