#2 A few ideas...
-Instead of just an automatic six hour ban, have it
so admins can ban anywhere between 1-24 hours.
-High-level admins have ability to come into chat
cloaked.
-Allow normal users to be able to sheep themselves
(but not allowed to be excessive, and just for
entertainment purposes).
-Have moderators (like admins but just have access to
tools like banlogs and 'whois') given to trusted
normal users that can quickly contact an admin in
case there aren't any around in case things get out
of hand.
-Have a ring of three different chat rooms: (other
two accessible from entering the main room, or
however would be most convenient to set it up) main
chat, debate chat, and wot chat (since there are a
lot of newbs that come in wanting to talk about wot,
I know otherwise it would be mostly empty).

A few more I thought of:
-Be able to put whispers on ignore, or whispers from a
specific person
-Have a box similar to the whisper box that shows you if
anyone has you on ignore and who
-Be able to put socials on ignore, possibly emotes
-Have a few more html options (for example, be able to
create a link with an actual title, instead of just the
url, for those that know how to do it)
-Be able to see how long people have been lurking
(including yourself)
