#37 Add mp3/ogg playback functionality like Exult.

I would love to record and provide all of the original music from this game in .ogg mp3 format as recorded on an actual Sound Blaster, as I feel the music when played on one is incredibly good and much better sounding, when compared to a modern sound card with Sound Canvas emulation. The modern Sound Canvas emulation is just not as good sounding as an actual SC-55 or SC-88 original Sound Canvas. The tonal and instrument sounds are very noticeably different.
