(1) Exemple with bentic in the library at the beginning of the game.
Bentic speaks to itself as he reads a book.
(he's expressing comments about the book he's reading,
such as: "..interessting/ of course / indeed ... and so on)
When i engage discution with him, his comments continues to popup in the middle of our discussion.
this perturb our discussion. and it trash the text so i can't read what's written, cause his comment are placed in the middle of our discussion 's text.
(2) Next problem is a bit diffrent problem yet somehow connected..
Someone told me this bug is present in the original game.
but since it makes no sense at all it should be corrected eventually:
if you see a guard harassing a peasant for tax money, and kill them both, their corpses continue to argue...
NPC shouldn't speak if they're dead.
And NPC shouldn't speak to themselves if someone else is talking to them. (and if they really must do, both texts, interactive discussion and NPC own comment shouldn't be displayed one the same space, thus rendering both unreadable)

I can't reproduce (1). I haven't checked if (2) also happens in the original, but since you say it does, I'm moving this to feature requests.

As an aside, (1) did occur back in 2004. It's possible it's popped back up (process interaction issues can be quite subtle), but I can't reproduce it.
