PennyPost should begin calculating stamps as soon as an address is added as
a recipient to an email. This way, the stamp might be ready sooner.

This is suggested by the HashCash FAQ (Part 2.e: "...etter quality plugins
will have already created the stamp while you are composing your mail...")
