#13 Feature Request: Icon positionning

The position of the ppost icon is somewhat not ideal in my opinion. The provided spacing mechansim doesn't solve it, since it just makes the header larger.

I would suggest to place the icon to the right hand side where enigmail, display mua and others row up their icons. And it would be nice to have a possibility to chose whether the icon should be shown always, only for stamped messages or not at all.

In TB 52.04.0 it looks like this with spacing 0: see attachement
