Project re-launched as Gecko Accounting

Gecko Software is the company that provides the funding for the development of this framework.

When the Penny Accounting Framework project was first established, we wanted to separate the commercial and open source efforts, and so gave it a distinctly different name. This has not worked. The good reputation of Gecko Software has been lost with the name change.

In addition, we have decided to open source accounting software built on the framework, in addition to the framework itself. For this reason we have changed the name of the project to Gecko Accounting.
