#29 Some rss feeds auto download over and over

I have noticed three rss feeds that always download the same file(s) over and over. I had to switch the auto download feature off because of this. For example, the feed http://www.whitehouse.gov/rss/speeches.xml has two files that have been doing this for a couple of months. They are the weekly addresses for April 18, 2009 and April 4, 2009. I have tried to edit the sqlite database to no avail. I must add that when you download these, it seems as if everything is working fine until the next day when they are added again. The entries in the database are identical to the previous entries and the read flag is 1. The version is 4.1.0 debian.
