#3 Add Sound When Exporting to Flash SWF

1. When exporting to SWF, is it possible to export sound too?
2. When exporting to SWF, quality settings seems to not affect anything, at least file size.
3. Is it possible to save frame rate in animation file?
4. Is it possible to compile the latest version into Win32 binaries and make available for download?
