#2 rotate image and other tools

could you implement the tools "rotate"(to rotate an image to a different angle) and some different simple shapes?

a "free selecter" sounds pretty cool, where you draw around the areas you want to be selected(the box selecter is to clunky and unmanuverable at selecting certain locations.

i dont know if you can import different textures yet, you probably can i suppose.
