#64 nomodules should be nomodules

The nomodules should *really* be NO modules. Examples: nohydro is doing some complicated stuff (probably useless, since the names are Tony and Weezy). Also, noentropy is doing *a lot* of stuff. It is a full module that should be renamed to something like "entropy_isothermal", and a real, minimalistic, dummy, noentropy should be coded in its stead.

This should enable us to do away with the nomodules, by using a script, similar to mkdummyinc, to create the nomodule files during compilation.
