#31 Special folder for experimental modules

We have a number of modules that are still in their experimental phase
(i.e. maybe not quite at the stage where you would use them for scientific
runs). We should move those to a special folder, called experimental or
playground or something, so that the main src directory only contains well
tested modules.

Examples of such modules are entropy_onefluid.f90, hydro_ffreeMHDrel.f90
and magnetic_ffreeMHDrel.f90.
