Currently the chi_t (turbulent thermal diffusion) term is added within
several of the other thermal diffusion routines.

If any of those routines were enabled simultaneously AND chi_t we used then
it would be added to the RHS twice. But, because of bug #12, it would not
be counted twice in the timestep condition.

Bug 12 is fixed, so the time-step would be calculated correctly. But it is
still a problem that turbulent entropy mixing could be added several times
if e.g. normal heat conduction is combined with shock heat conduction.

A proper solution would be to have a separate calc_heatcond_chi_t subroutine.
