Plugins max_matching and shortest_path are modernised. One new solver function in shortest paths library (Dijkstra with priority queue) and rewriting the other functions therein. Renaming some functions (e.g. CloneGraph->c_graph_get_clone) and fixing a bug in compare mode.

New way of sending errors from plugin (through breakpoint instead of the return value) - so far only in gen_kneser and gen_basic_graphs.

New way of sending errors from plugin (through breakpoint instead of the return value) - so far only in gen_kneser and gen_basic_graphs. Fixed a recently introduced bug in call_generator_function in callbacks_generators.cpp (gd was not updated when calling a function, although a new library description is created). Moved to Eclipse Luna

Attempt at more C++-ish way of generating plugin info, but most likely, the C way will be partially restored for C++ as well. Makefile has special rules for C libraries and for C++ libraries.

Continued improving the C-way of setting up and now also cleaning up library specs. Fixed a bug that sometimes (when LogViewList static variables were shared between program and dll's) prevented logging from working.
