This release contains bug fixes for peersim 1.0

Peersim 1.0 is a major milestone in the peersim
development. Several new features have been added;
furthermore, API and configuration have been cleaned
up. See release notes for details.

Peersim 0.4 contains many bug corrections and improvements. See release notes for details.
This is the last release before 1.0.

Peersim 0.3 includes the first prototype of our event-based
simulator. Note, however, that only javadoc information is
available. We have performed some refactoring: package
distributions is now peersim.vector, and class
peersim.config.FastConfig has substituted peersim.core.Protocols.
