#2 Can't handle ulaw packet of length 76 - Bad length

I am trying to make a call using peers and jvoice conference bridge. I get the following error in the bridge logs repeatedly when the call is on. Also, there is a voice (or a word) drop after 2-3 seconds during the call. I am not able to track the problem. Voice seems to be ok, but there is a word drop continuously after 2-3 sec.
