    Hi,
Sip user name (often a number or a simple string you chose) doesn't support number . Can you please help me out how to get registerd on both string as well as number ?

User: only support string not number
    Domain: valid input
    Password: valid input
    Outbound Proxy: optional

Would appreciate if you can reply me as earliest.

    Thanks

hi, this kind of behavior is generally configured on server (accept numbers
or string for user-agent). Which server are you using (hosted, local
asterisk, local opensips,...)? Or which error do you have when you try to
register using your credentials? If you're using peers, take a look at logs
      directory in peers root directory.

If your account allows you to place calls to fixed line numbers, you have
to use the following sip uri:

      sip:0123456789@mydomain.com

Where mydomain.com is the domain (or ip address) on which you registered,
i.e. the domain of your voip provider, not the domain of the callee voip
      provider.

      hope this helps,

      yohann
