I just found this app, test it and I'm amazed, although I would like to develop my own interface to add some functions related to chat, so do you think is possible to use it as a library?

sure it's possible, you have to use userAgent.getUac() to send requests and implement SipListener to be notified of events from network. You can look at gui package to get an example. I started to write a simple demo application to explain API usage, but it's not finished yet.
