#99 indication about connected peers

We've (4 peers) started the plugin-peerbay, but on the
first we were able to see all the peers, on the second
only one, on the third all the peers.
On the computer on which we were only able to see one
connected peer, i've notice that the Logger fund all the
peers.
I've attach the logger message.
