#2 Ability to send offline messages

At least in the official Microsoft client, it's possible to send a message to an offline contact. This message is seen when the contact signs in.

Pebrot insists that a contact be online when opening a chat window and will not send messages to an offline contact.

This feature would be a useful addition to Pebrot.
