#11 Reverse list only shows online contacts

I'm *pretty sure* this feature used to work, but now '/l rl' only lists contacts who are signed in, not all contacts in your reverse list.

This is probably either a bug or API change, as I've tested Pebrot versions back to 0.8.6 and they all exhibit the same behaviour. So I don't knwo if it can be fixed.

I've also not tested this in other clients to see if it works properly, so maybe it's not even a bug in Pebrot.
