This query is with reference to the way reaction time is calculated in color stroop task in PEBL. I realized that the stimuli which get missed by the participant are also considered while calculating the reaction time for the condition. The maximum time of response window i.e., 3 s is considered for each missed stimulus.
I am unable to figure out the concept behind taking missed stimuli as well in calculating the reaction time. Could you please help me with this point?
