In PeaZip 9.7.1 Windows 64bit, file deletion by keyboard shortcuts and by toolbar selection behaves differently.
Open an archive and slect a file or folder. Here, delete (with a modifier key) on the keyboard behaves as expected. But clicking "Move to Recycle Bin" (and the following three deletion options) on the "v" button next to "Delete from archive" in the "Archive manager" toolbar mode leads to the deletion of the entire archive without a confirmation. This is really dangerous. Could take a look?
The deletion actions in the dropdown menu of deletion toolbar button were added a while ago in order to operate on entire files rather than of items inside archives.
Confirmation messages in Quick delete, Zero delete, and Secure delete makes it a bit more clear, but the dialog lacks for the Move to recycle bin element, making the behavior unexpected.
Probably the best option would be, while browsing archives, to either clearly label that group of actions (e.g. Delete entire archive) or alternatively to hide them.
