Folder created by Extract here in new folder appears and then disappears.
Refreshing the Desktop causes it to reappear.
The issue does not happen with files from Extract here.

KeePass 2.50 x64 on Win8.1Pro x64.
ThinkPad T470p with Intel 630 and NVIDIA 940MX video adapters.
