Convert procedure will do that: in conversion operation, archives in input list are decompressed, and then re-created with the desired options - in this case with -stl once available.
As temprary workaround until it is implemented a custom checkbox for this parameter, the -stl switch can be added in Advanced options tab, in Other field.

Thank you for the suggestion, I'll add it in future release.
An option to recompress 7z files to the stl enabled one would be glad too.

I have tried but it doesn’t work. AFAIK the advanced options pass compression settings only, such as in the 7-Zip GUI.
