#358 PeaZip is no option in a drag-and-drop-context-menu

Imagine having two Explorer-windows open.
You right-click on an archive and keep the mousebutton pressed.
You drag the file to the other window, release the mousebutton, and the context-menu opens.

Other extraction-programs are offering their options in this context menu, like "Extract here", "Extract to folder here" etc.

In Windows, this is handled with "DragDropHandlers" in these registry-keys:

HKCR*\shellex\DragDropHandlers\

HKCR\Directory\shellex\DragDropHandlers\

HKCR\Drive\shellex\DragDropHandlers\

HKCR\Folder\ShellEx\DragDropHandlers\
