This patch is built for Altivec CVS. If you apply it, there
is a new config entry

auto_interval = 1
or
auto_interval = 0

available. If you set this to 1 and pearpc's host OS
changes the vsync-frequency of the monitor, PearPC
will recognize the change and set

redraw_interval_msec

to a senseful value (1000/vsync).
